Houdah Spot is a login item and it hangs evrything up. I've done a re-index. Spotlight is NOT disabled. Anybody?

Sorry you ran into that problem.
When setting HoudahSpot to automatically start at login, it may start before Spotlight is ready. You may safely ignore that message. In a future update, I will delay the check to give Spotlight a chance to finish startup.
